Rosedale is a quiet suburban neighborhood on the Queens-Nassau County border. In contrast to other areas in queens, Rosedale is surrounded by greenery and farmland. Many communities such as Italian, Jewish, Irish, Caribbean, and African-American have a long history in Rosedale, dating back to the 1960s.
